Cinesa Mendez Álvaro
A multiplex cinema in the south of the city.
Cinesa Mendez Álvaro is one of the main multiplexes in Madrid owned by the film exhibition company Cinesa. It has excellent transport links due to its proximity to Mendez Álvaro Station, also known as Estación Sur, which is the transport interchange for the south of Madrid.
The multiplex has spacious entrance halls and corridors and its 17 screening rooms can be set up as events halls with varying capacities. It offers its facilities as a venue for all sorts of corporate events, including meetings, conventions, congresses, product launches, talks, round-table discussions and audiovisual production shoots.
It’s the perfect setting to take advantage of all that a cinema has to offer in terms of space and technological capabilities: every room has audiovisual equipment, including a projector, screen, lights and sound. Of particular note among its facilities is the Isens Room, which offers a more authentic and sensory film experience with Isens surround-sound technology, an extra-large screen and a full HD projector.
