Bookstore with space for events
Located in the neighborhood of “Las Letras”, just in the triangle of art formed by the Prado, Reina Sofía and Thyssen-Bornemisza Museums, the exhibition halls of LA FABRICA are roomy and commodious: 153 m2 for any event with a touch of art and culture.
Access is in the groundfloor through the bookstore facilities. The space suitable for filming and events is on the basement floor where the visitors enter in a special artistic atmosphere, a clandestine ambient that gives to any event a halo of mystery, privacy and exclusivity.
The rooms regularly host photographic exhibitions. LA FABRICA is the promoter of events and festivals such as PHotoESPAÑA, Notodofilmfest or Madrid Design Festival, among others. Two spaces in “L” that can be hired separately or united, for a total capacity of 70 attendees.
Our facilities got audiovisual equipment: projector, screen, microphones, audio system, and camera for video calls… We usually collaborate with Grupo Triciclo as recommended catering. Further requirements could be added and customized ad hoc for each tailor-made event

Conditions and availability
Rates start at €180/h (minimum of 5 hours), but budgets are made based on the number of days needed.
They recommend reserving the space two weeks in advance.
They open from Monday to Saturday (on Sundays they have an extra).

There is a form for filming requests.
