A New York-style loft for filming and events.
Loft It is a unique, original space on Avenida de Daroca with a modern, industrial appearance. The loft’s style is pure New York and it’s intended to serve as a venue for filming and events.
Spread over three levels with walls featuring the original exposed brick, the 250-square-metre facility has an entrance with a reception area, a kitchen, several independent multipurpose rooms and a main open-plan space. The ceilings are 5.5 metres high with beautiful wooden beams, and the space can be illuminated with natural or artificial light.
The main area can be set up in multiple ways, ranging from an open-plan space to an auditorium with one or more rooms or zones, and clients can either use the current furnishings or decorate the space to suit their taste. The venue is fully prepared to host fashion presentations, product launches, photo sessions, filming for audiovisual productions such as TV shows, adverts and video clips, as well as press conferences and all sorts of events.
