Luis Aragonés Municipal Sports Centre
A fully-fitted sports centre with equipment for various disciplines.
Luis Aragonés Municipal Sports Centre is located in the neighbourhood of Canillas in the district of Hortaleza on the north east side of the city. A 61,500 square metre sports area with facilities covering the main sports disciplines.
Its 25-metre indoor swimming pool and two outdoor swimming pools stand out. The facilities include a small outdoor bar, with an extensive lawn and trees that provide shade in the summer. The other amenities are:
- Outdoor sports units: 2 football pitches with artificial turf, 2 seven-a-side football pitches with artificial turf, a beach volleyball court, a tennis court, 2 tennis courts with an artificial surface, 4 paddle tennis courts, and 4 table tennis tables.
- Indoor sports units: a martial arts room, a multipurpose room (gym) and a fitness room.

Permit procedure
The Municipal Sport Centres are under the jurisdiction of the Municipal District Boards in which they are located (see contact address).
In order to film in any of their spaces, we recommend consulting availability directly in the sport centre. If there is availability, the application has to be done through a General Normalized Instance addressed to the corresponding Municipal District Boards.
