The Only YOU Boutique Hotel is located in an old 19th century palace, in one of the most avant-garde areas of Madrid, the Salesas neighbourhood, just a few metres away from Chueca and the Paseo de Recoletos.
Its ground-breaking decoration, a hallmark of the hotel and the work of the renowned interior designer Lázaro Rosa-Violán, has earned the hotel many international awards, such as the World’s Best Boutique Hotel in the Design Category.
The hotel has many different spaces available for events and productions, such as the Platos Room, a bright 40-square-metre space; the Blue Room, with a refined and sophisticated décor for more intimate ambiances or the Mapas Room, with its unique décor.
The hotel features a charming bar that is reminiscent of an old bookshop, a restaurant and the YOUnique Lounge cocktail bar, which serves as a versatile space with a maximum capacity for 120 people.
