Cerámica Industrial Estate
Brick-built industrial units in an industrial estate on the outskirts of the city.
The Cerámica Industrial Estate is located in the Puente de Vallecas district. Built in the 1980s, it is a small space made up of brick warehouses with gable roofs with a repetitive, completely homogeneous structure.
It can be accessed from a slightly curved main road and cars can park on both sides of the street. An example of a functional area for small and medium-sized companies from different sectors.
