AREA is a multipurpose coworking and event space in the neighbourhood of Delicias, near the Railway Museum. It has an area of 400 square metres and offers its premises for all sorts of audiovisual productions and film and photo shoots.

AREA was originally an industrial warehouse and an attempt has been made to preserve its industrial appearance and design. The venue has several highly versatile areas which can be set up for different uses. Its spaces include three meeting rooms, a kitchen, “chill-out” areas, an events room, colourful lavatories and showers, and work furniture. The décor features plants and appealing colours that provide a contrast to the concrete. Further amenities include an audiovisual and lighting system which is suitable for all sorts of events.

AREA’s events room has a usable floor area of almost 100 square metres and can be set up as an open-plan space thanks to an elevating system for folding tables that makes it easy to transform the room from a workspace during the day to an events room whenever required. The room, which is primarily illuminated by natural light, has curtains that allow greater intimacy and folding doors that open onto the street for events and shoots that require a large, open space.
