Centro Deportivo Municipal de Orcasitas
A large sports centre with a hall and swimming pools on the south side of the city.
Orcasitas Municipal Sports Centre is located in the Usera district on the south side of the city. Occupying a surface area of some 10,000 square metres, the centre’s facilities cover numerous sporting disciplines.
Of particular note is the Jesús Rollán multipurpose and wooden-floored hall which is used for basketball, volleyball and indoor football, and which has a grandstand. It has an indoor swimming pool (two 50-metre pools, in fact) and an outdoor swimming pool which opens in the summer months. The other amenities are:
- Outdoors: 3 football pitches (artificial turf), a 7-a-side football pitch (artificial turf) an athletics track, 5 paddle tennis courts, 2 sports courts, 8 tennis courts and 1 beach volleyball court.
- Indoors: multipurpose rooms for fitness, aerobics and a gym.

Permit procedure
The Municipal Sport Centres are under the jurisdiction of the Municipal District Boards in which they are located (see contact address).
In order to film in any of their spaces, we recommend consulting availability directly in the sport centre. If there is availability, the application has to be done through a General Normalized Instance addressed to the corresponding Municipal District Boards.
