Centro Empresarial Spínola
A business park with a contemporary aesthetic in Chamartín district.
The Spínola Business Area is located in the northern part of Madrid, next to the M-30 ring road.
Built in 1991, this business park features an impressive surrounding structure made up of seven buildings culminating in a dark glass façade of contemporary construction.
The ground floor is characterised by its white-column arcades and the revolving glass doors which serve as entrances to the buildings. With only one lane of traffic and regulated parking spaces, the road leads to a roundabout with a modern steel sculpture.
