Espacio Larra
Larra is a project of OUT! We are a developer of regenerative urban projects. We rehabilitate premises and buildings to transform them into creative, multifaceted spaces, inhabited by diverse intelligences. Spaces where relationships and logics beyond productivity and efficiency can exist, much closer to art, hospitality, rehearsal or learning experience.
All our projects combine public service and economic sustainability and are self-sufficient. To this end, they have a business model that makes them self-sustainable in order to maintain their public service vocation.
Up to seven versatile, diaphanous, luminous and historic spaces are distributed over the four floors of the Larra space.
With capacities ranging from 50 to 470 attendees, the spaces are perfect for hosting both short and long shoots.
In addition, on the basement floor we have a modern and spacious restaurant that can be the perfect complement to host catering services for an event of up to 575 people in cocktail format.
