A mansion with versatile and multi-purpose spaces in the heart of the Barrio de Salamanca.
The Pons Foundation, located on Calle Serrano, is a non-profit organisation devoted to promoting culture and knowledge in different fields and encouraging business innovation.
It is located in a three-floor mansion built in the 1930s in French Baroque style. It has two open-plan floors decorated in a minimalist style, with lots of natural light. There is also a small outdoor courtyard on one side of the building.
It boasts a spectacular attic built on the wooden base of the mansion, with high ceilings, classic decoration and capacity for some 50 people. On one side of the building there is a small courtyard with a garden.
