Mad Hat

Mad Hat is a large and luminous multi-purpose space that functions as a coworking facility and as a space in which to hold events. Located in the district of Tetuán next to Paseo de la Castellana, close to Cuzco underground station, the history of this venue goes back to the 1940s when it was originally the Arizona cinema and later the prestigious «Manufacturas Arrévola” hat and beret factory.

Today, the building maintains its original aesthetic and has more than 1,000 square meters distributed over three floors, with a private terrace of 100 square meters. On the ground level, it has 300 square meters with a 3.5 meters high ceiling, which is where the Jockey area is. This light-flooded, adaptable, open-plan area offers 120 square meters.

The first floor covers 350 square meters, of which 160 are open-plan (in the Pamela area) and the rest are divided into an outdoor terrace, kitchen, offices and a meeting room. A multipurpose and flexible space capable of adapting to different events and audiovisual productions.
