A large, functional and versatile space for all sorts of events

Built in 1993, the Municipal Conference Centre is a modern and bright building in Campo de las Naciones, Madrid’s business development centre nearby the airport, which is also home to IFEMA.

The building’s versatile design allows it to be put to many different uses such as international summits, conferences, business meetings and all manner of events. It is notable for its Modernist architecture and the use of marble, cement and wide windows that allow natural light into some of its spaces.

Within its usable space of 30,000 square metres, the following areas are of note:

  • Auditorium A with a capacity for 1,812 people.
  • A 2,000 square metre multi-purpose room.
  • Functional rooms with a variety of sizes.
  • Ample, open-plan spaces and exhibition areas.
  • 508 parking spaces.
