Blocks of houses close to the riverbank

Set between the Manzanares River and the M-30 ring road, in the Colonia Manzanares housing estate, we find this avenue that has very little traffic. In a neighbourhood of council flats built in the 1950s with different types of housing along the avenue.

Formed by blocks of flats of different heights and a small area of single-storey houses. With their corresponding facilities such as green areas, a children’s playground, a school and a food market. The cable car passes overhead on its way to and from Casa de Campo Park, and it also has an overpass that allows you to cross the M-30 ring road.

One peculiar element we came across is a small tunnel in the centre of a block of flats arranged in a row, that communicates with other streets.
