Teatro La Latina
The Teatro La Latina is located on Plaza de la Cebada in the La Latina neighbourhood. Built in 1919 it is one of the city’s historical theatres and home to important comedy and variety shows from Madrid’s musical revue genre and to such outstanding representatives as the company of the comedians Juanito Navarro and Lina Morgan.
With a capacity for 905 people distributed over in 3 floors, it has a foyer and a hall. Inside the building there is also a restaurant called LaLina. In 2010, the theatre was acquired by the company Focus-Penta, set up by the Catalan company Focus and the Madrid-based production company Pentación.
