Teatro Lope de Vega
The Teatro Lope de Vega is a historical theatre in Madrid, located on Gran Vía Avenue and inaugurated in 1946. Completely refurbished in 2011, it has 1,500 seats distributed among the stalls and two upper floors.
Its impressive hall with a capacity for 300 people was completely restored, preserving a great deal of its original decoration. With a rationalist and eclectic style, the façade mixes granite and exposed brick, incorporating wide windows, balconies and projecting terraces.
It has a café and restaurant area with three bars and many auxiliary spaces, including 4 dressing rooms.
