Calle de Anastasio Aroca

Calle de Anastasio Aroca is one of the few remnants of the former Chamartín suburb. It is very uniform and comprises apartment blocks of contemporary construction, as well as housing on the south-west side of the street, including two very picturesque and colourful single-storey houses.

Looking south, the contrast between these buildings and modern Madrid become even greater with views of Torres Blancas, modelled on neo-expressionism and with hints of surrealism, a unique skyscraper built in the 1960s a few metres from this street.
