Calle de Tomás Bretón y calle de Juana Doña

Close to the old Delicias railway station (now the Railway Museum), on the crossroads of Calle de Tomás Bretón with Calle de Juana Doña, there is an excellent example of a housing estate with low-rise buildings, known as Colonia Casas de Ferroviarios.

These homes, designed in 1926, were originally occupied by railway employees. The housing estate consists of a group of semi-detached, single-family homes with a simple structure and a continuous façade along the street. They were built in compliance with the regulations of the era concerning the laws on homes for workers during the 1920s.
