A unique 800 m2 space in the heart of Madrid, where natural light, noble materials, and design pieces create a warm, elegant, and transformative environment.

It is divided into two spaces of 400 m² each, both with direct access from the street:

On one side, the showroom features all the different parts of a fully staged home with custom-designed furniture, unique pieces, and corners created with intention and magic.

On the other, an open-plan space with an integrated kitchen and a creative work area, perfect for adapting to different formats.

The venue is versatile, with unique sets, and has been designed to host cultural and brand events, editorial shootings, film shoots, podcast recordings, presentations, or private dinners.

Available equipment: in-house furniture, tableware, sound system, adjustable lighting, TV, kitchen office, and freight elevator.

Approximate capacity: 80–100 seated / up to 150 in cocktail format.
