Colonia Rosa de Luxemburgo
A housing estate covering just under one square kilometre created in the 1980s, when garden cities became popular, to provide housing for all income levels and even social housing in such an exclusive area as Aravaca.
The Rosa de Luxemburgo housing estate consists of a group of terraced houses, almost all of which have the same design: two storeys, a porch and a garage. There are also children’s areas, a shopping centre and the Rosa Luxemburgo state school.
