A prestigious business services complex located just 10 km from the centre of the capital, between the M40 ring road and the N-II motorway, close to Campo de las Naciones Trade Fair Park and Barajas Airport. Its size, concept and design make it a unique project.
It has almost 75,000 m2 of office space (142,000 m2 if we include the car park), built on a 40,000 m2 site. The complex contains space for offices and services on the site of a former car dealership and garage, as well as a brewery.
The business park is divided into eight commercially sized office blocks, plus a special services block. Another large interior block provides an expansion space for the offices.
