Espacio Nura
Recently completed multispace in Madrid, Barrio de la Concepción.
It is an old reprography converted into a modern and versatile space distributed over two floors with a total of 200m2. For the renovation, the materials of the building’s structure have been restored, such as concrete, to which other raw materials such as wood and steel have been added. The result perfectly combines the cozy atmosphere with the original industrial touches of the space. This combination has been sought to give different possibilities to our potential clients; Thus, it is easy to recognize the space as a loft where residents with personality live, but also as a space for a work meeting, a gastronomic demonstration, a product presentation, an art gallery, a photo session or simply to relax with some friends.
For audiovisual productions we have dressing rooms and four different sets that will have different setting possibilities:
Set 1: Entrance kitchen.
Set 2: Living room and bathroom1.
Set 3: Dressing Rooms and Bathroom2.
Set 4: Office area.

Conditions:
A deposit of approximately 50% of the rent will be established (it will be returned at the end of the filming, if the space has been left in good condition).
