Espacio Olivar 8 is a spacious, versatile venue full of character, located in the heart of Madrid’s Barrio de las Letras, one of the city’s most dynamic and culturally rich neighborhoods.
Originally a 19th-century stable and later a lamp workshop, the space still retains its industrial and artisanal essence. With open architecture and unique details, it is a truly special setting for photo shoots, product launches, showrooms, runway shows, or corporate events.
We offer several areas that can be adapted to suit the needs of each event:
- Hangar-style entrance (16 m²): featuring a glass enclosure and French doors, this area is ideal for loading and unloading or as a separate entrance for guests.
- Hall (41 m²): with striking lighting and various settings, it is separated from the main area by an 8-meter-high curtain—perfect for creating memorable welcome moments or stylish waiting areas.
- Main area (150 m²): a completely open-plan space, ideal for fashion shows, conferences, filming, pop-ups, or product presentations.
- Kitchen-office: fully equipped to support catering services (oven, microwave, dishwasher, two fridges), and highlighted by a pink Savannah African marble countertop.
- Storage area and a full bathroom with shower.
Important notes:
We do not host private parties or sports events.
Alcoholic beverages are not allowed outside the premises.
For public events, we require capacity control.

Access to the piano area and the upper level is restricted unless previously agreed for technical reasons.
