An open-plan space of 330 m², ideal for filming. Its uniqueness and versatility allow you to design any type of event or create any set. Heights up to 9 m.
You can illuminate it with different colors thanks to the LEDs that run throughout the room and the central cubic structure that changes color. The walls are all vinyl-covered, and an electric skylight from the ceiling lets in natural light.
Located in the center of Madrid, 700 m from Atocha station, with direct access from the street, no stairs, and vehicle entry with a loading and unloading area 20 m away.

Conditions and availability
- To confirm your reservation on the requested date, please pay 30% of the total quoted amount. The remainder must be paid one week before the event begins.
- The hourly rate is €225.
Special rates are available for long-term events, starting from three days. - If the client cancels more than 30 days before the event, the amount will be refunded. 30% will be retained if cancellation occurs between 30 and 10 days before the event. If it occurs during the last 10 days before the event, 100% will be retained.
