FERIa Tirso de Molina is a gastronomic market on two levels with a capacity of 180 people and five food and drink stalls. An ideal location for filming and shooting. Also for events such as cocktail parties.
The avant-garde design of the premises, signed by Plantea Studio, offers different
atmospheres and corners with a minimalist, elegant décor with a certain retro touch, and an aesthetic based on primary and pastel colours and works of art by artists such as Camilo Núñez, known as THEIC, whose paintings dress some of FERIa’s spaces with a modern visual language.

Conditions and availability
In order to make an appropriate proposal, it is necessary to know:
- The exact date of the event
- Detailed schedule (including set-up and dismantling time included)
- Approximate number of people
- Type of catering service, if required (breakfast, cocktail, lunch/dinner, snacks, drinks)

You do not have a price list.
Feria is not responsible for the reception or storage of materials.
The organiser shall take care not to damage the walls, floors or furniture during assembly and dismantling.
If carpets are used, masking tape must always be used.
Permit procedure
Payment policy:
- The reservation of the date will be effective with the prior payment of 50% via bank transfer of the total amount budgeted and will not be refundable.
- The final payment will be made, in all cases and without exception, 7 days before the event, and sending the proof of payment by email.
- Rental prices (plus 21% VAT) include: use of furniture and cleaning service.
- Menu prices (plus 10% VAT) include waiter service. In case of intolerances, please inform us before designing the cocktail and/or menu.
