La Fábrica de Patanel is a brewery, bar and restaurant in the neighbourhood of San Isidro. It’s located in the area of Carabanchel known as Polígono ISO, which has multiple art and creative studios and rehearsal spaces.
This industrial establishment has two different spaces: the area where the beer is made, which has three brew pots, six fermenters and a bottling line; and the bar and restaurant area, which can hold up to 94 people and has simple decor in keeping with the industrial nature of the establishment.
