The San Juan Bautista neighbourhood has a group of office buildings and large constructions, including AXA, Espacio Enresa, BNP Paribas, and Flex.
The Ibermutua building deserves special mention. Originally designed in 1974, it was extended in 1995 and completed two years later. The result is the current structure, which consists of a large, almost blind lower volume, side façades with immense cylindrical columns that support the rectangular office block. A slender tower rises above the large glazed front façade, which encloses the foyer.
