Paso A2. Puente de la CEA
This bridge over the A2 motorway is popularly known as the CEA bridge due to its proximity to the CEA (Cinematografía Española Americana) film studios, which operated between 1932 and 1966. The bridge is located on Calle de Arturo Soria, at kilometre 5.5 of the A-2 motorway.
The viaduct was designed by Spanish civil engineer Luis Sierra Piqueras in 1952. At the top of the viaduct is a bronze statue of Arturo Soria by Rafael Cidoncha, a tribute to the Madrid-born town planner erected by Madrid City Council in 1992.
