Featuring open and functional architecture, high ceilings, and natural overhead light, it boasts a minimalist aesthetic that adapts to any visual narrative. It includes a spacious main area, independent workspaces, an open kitchen, two bathrooms, a rest area or dressing room, and a private patio that serves as the heart of the space.
