Próxima Estación offers a Multipurpose Hall designed for filming, featuring the following characteristics:

An open-plan hall of 700 m² at street level, with a clear height of five metres. Capacity for 289 people. The space is fully soundproofed (level 4), allowing music and live performances while maintaining an ideal level of silence for filming.

It includes a 30 m² stage with wooden flooring, several toilets, an office area equipped for catering, multiple single-phase and three-phase power sockets, waste disposal rooms, a modular wooden structure for backstage and cloakroom areas and lighting with industrial pendant lamps and integrated RGB panels throughout the hall.

Air conditioning with both heating and cooling.

High-speed fibre-optic internet (600 Mbps) with Wi-Fi and LAN access.

Existing audiovisual pre-installation: eight self-powered ceiling speakers, acoustic cladding on the ceiling and the stage.

Five 12,000 W control panels, four twin Schuko sockets and two three-phase CEE sockets; twin 16-amp connections, audio cabling between the stage, sound control desk and speakers, and monitor cabling on stage.

DMX distribution system consisting of one main splitter and six secondary ones, allowing signal transmission to any point across a tubular metal grid network covering the entire ceiling of the Multipurpose Hall, ideal for all types of filming.

Electric lift platform for set assembly and dismantling.
