Réplika Teatro

Réplika Teatro | Centro Internacional de Creación offers a wide range of spatial possibilities in both enclosed and open-air settings, with or without natural light.

Its venue, located in the heart of the Moncloa-Aravaca district, very close to Cuatro Caminos, features four uniquely designed spaces within a three-storey building that houses a former industrial warehouse converted into a performance space, the entrance hall with large windows overlooking the façade and an adjoining bar, Sala Hidráulica, a turn-of-the-century space with a tiled floor and exposed beam, and the rooftop of the building, whose walls are covered by a large climbing plant.

Surroundings

Within walking distance of Metropolitano and Ciudad Universitaria, and only a few steps from Avenida Reina Victoria, close to Guzmán el Bueno underground station. Réplika Teatro is an ideal location for filming in the centre of Madrid while avoiding the hustle and bustle of the very heart of the city centre. It offers easy access by public transport and plenty of parking options, as well as the possibility of loading and unloading without disrupting traffic on the street.

Spaces

Warehouse Space. A former industrial warehouse converted into a performance area, open-plan and versatile, adaptable to various configurations and fully equipped with lighting, sound and audiovisual systems. It features a large glazed skylight that allows, if desired, the use of natural light. At street level. It covers 195.41 m².

Hall. Located at the main entrance to the building and adjoining the Warehouse Space, it is an ideal area to use as an adjacent room for production, catering or technical work. It has two large glazed windows facing the street and a small adjoining kitchen. 91.37 m².

Sala Hidráulica. Situated on the first floor of the building, it combines elements of modernist design with basic image and sound equipment. It has private access to toilets with a shower and large wooden windows set along both sides of the room. 48.68 m².

Rooftop. Located on the second floor of the building, Réplika Teatro’s rooftop offers a spacious area ideal for small-scale open-air activities. It is designed as an urban garden and meeting space. It covers 96.42 m².
