SYX Estudio
SYX Studio is a 155 m2 (11.5 m x 13.5 m) open-plan studio located in the Puente de Vallecas area, 12 minutes from Atocha Station.
It features a skylight with motorized awnings (30 m2), a makeup and hair salon space with its own lighting and electrical outlets, a dressing room, kitchen, and bathroom.
The basic lighting equipment includes two Profoto D1 500Ws.

Conditions and availability
CONDITIONS FOR RENTING THE SPACE
→ The studio is open from 09h to 20h and can be rented either half or full day. (Full day rental is 9 hours and half day rental is 4 hours. The hours that exceed these time slots are considered overtime).
→ The half day will be between 09h and 14h or between 15h and 20h.
→ The rate for weekends and public holidays is subject to an increase of 20%.
→ Any damage inflicted on the infrastructure, furniture or material due to improper use is the responsibility of the client, even if caused by subcontractors.
→ The use of the studio’s furniture and furnishings is permitted with prior authorisation and may be subject to a surcharge.
→ To formalise the booking, 50% of the budget will be paid.
→ Bookings cancelled less than 48 hours before the production date will be charged 50% of the fee.
→ Any extraordinary cleaning will be charged to the client.
→ Payment of the booking implies acceptance of the conditions.
