Low-rise housing in Entrevías
Residential architecture from 1956. The first development project by architects Oiza, Alvear and Sierra, from that year, proposed a neighbourhood whose structure would preserve the essence of its design through the various interventions.
“The project is based on a number of radical premises: the modulation of all the design elements based on a repetitive unit and the extension of the two-storey single-family houses in a tapestry that achieves high densities without resorting to high-rise buildings” (COAM Architecture Foundation).
The neighbourhood retains its social character and its architectural prototype.
