We are facing the last old factory in Madrid, renovated with noble materials that respect the history of the building. The words danced in its corners, the news spread, history and literature remained tattooed in ink on those aged papers. This building thus housed a printing press that gave life to the latent history of the past 20th century.

Exposed brick walls and hydraulic tiles handmade in Spain that gives a majestic touch to the building while respecting the environment due to its ecological sustainability.

Folding sunroofs, diaphanous spaces nine meters high, partitionable rooms… Imagination is the limit for this living building full of light and magic.
