Designed in 1958, this is a very diverse estate, since its 2,641 houses were built by different architects working independently of each other. As a result, we can find the traditional linear blocks with load-bearing walls and arranged back to back along a dividing avenue, with three porticoed squares that make up the local shopping area (Plaza Artesanos and Plaza Herramienta). There are also nine five-storey tower blocks and other L-shaped single-family homes grouped in fours to form a small estate with its own central square within the block.
More than 900 social housing units were also built in 40 identical four-storey blocks, arranged in staggered parallel rows to break up the monotony of the complex. More than 500 apartments were also built in 22 five-storey tower blocks and a row of seven blocks. Finally, there are three seven-storey duplex blocks, of which only two remain.
