Adrià Guxens (Tarragona, 1992) graduates in journalism from the UAB and in film direction from ESCAC. Some of his shorts, such as La Puerta (2017), An instant (2017) or Meiying MG-01 (2018), have competed and won awards at international festivals. Preludi is his final career project. He currently works as a programming assistant at Venice Days while working on his first feature.

Scriptwriter and director. My latest short film ('Así Somos Nosotros') has been awarded in the I Certamen de Cortometrajes del programa "El Escarabajo Verde", and premiered on TVE 2. The short film 'La violinista de luto' was nominated at the Cortopatía festival in 2018, premiering in a cinema.

My professional experience revolves around the search and selection of actors' profiles and casting for films and fiction series. At the moment, I am trying to continue my training as a filmmaker. I am currently part of the production team of the documentary Voces del Bajo Guadalquivir (2021), which is still in the process of distribution.
