Some of my works are the documentary film ¡DOLORES, GUAPA! (2022) -awarded Best Andalusian Film at the Seville European Film Festival and Best Documentary at Andalesgai; released in theaters- or the short film MI ARMA (2019) -Special Jury Mention at Lesgaicinemad, part of the FilmNow catalog organized by ECAM and selected and awarded in more than twenty festivals around the world-.

Graduated in Media and Communications, I've directed 4 short films created by me, a couple of commercial projects, and the same amount of music videos. I write both long and short-form stories (in English and in Spanish). I've also been responsible for cinematography in most of my projects and I'm great in the editing process.

Luis Muñoz Cubillo, alias: Soto. Born in the year 2000 in Baena (Córdoba). Currently residing in Madrid. His cinema is characterized primarily by the use of rural areas as settings. Interested in decentralized production models, he films his movies suffused with an escapist aura in contrast to urban frenzy. His work addresses themes such as absence, memory, or adolescent drift, inevitably imbued with traces of magical realism and phantasmagoria inherited from Ibero-American literature.

I’m a screenwriter focused on comedy and entertainment, with experience in television, fiction and radio. I’ve worked on the late night TV show La Resistencia (Movistar+) and have developed fiction projects with production companies such as Órdago Films, including short films and scenes for videobooks. Alongside this, I’ve collaborated in radio as both a writer and host on cultural shows, and I’ve written film reviews for several digital sites.
